“I love storytelling. It’s what the arts are all about. All of us, companies included, have stories to tell—what we do and why we do it. I enjoy being part of a team that works so creatively to solve benefits communications problems for our clients.”
Sure, we all have stories to tell, but few are as fascinating as Phoebe’s life story. It begins with her upbringing in the South, segues into stints performing in music halls across Europe, and even at New York’s Carnegie Hall, and is currently unfolding here in San Francisco.
The daughter of a Navy pilot, Phoebe moved around a lot as a child. And she’s been eager for new adventures ever since. During her very colorful and multi-faceted career, Phoebe has worn many different hats: choral singer, video camera operator, non-profit organization administrator, book copy editor and proofreader, ACLU legal secretary, multi-image and audio-visual presentation producer, and rock band musician.
Now, as our office manager, she organizes our workplace, making sure that we all have the tools we need to get our jobs done, and creates and maintains systems that track everything from applications to team information. Phoebe has a wide variety of responsibilities—you’re just as likely to find her sitting at her desk proofreading, as you are to find her troubleshooting a technical glitch.
Want to hear that dulcet voice? Just give us a call. Phoebe will be happy to tell you—or even serenade you—about her fascinating life experiences.
